Job Responsibilities:
1. Technical Solution Design & Detailing
- Lead the design of BA HVAC control systems for large-scale industrial projects (data centers/pharmaceutical plants/chip fabs), delivering PLC control cabinet drawings, control logic, and network architecture diagrams.
- Ensure solutions meet technical feasibility and cost adaptability requirements.
2. Cost Estimation & Quotation
- End-to-end cost management: calculate hardware costs (sensors/controllers/software licenses) and installation costs (cables/trays/labor), produce detailed line-item quotations, and control estimation variances.
- Drive commercial viability: achieve cost competitiveness through technical optimization (e.g., equipment substitution, control logic simplification); collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to validate cost data accuracy.
3. Technical-Commercial Synergy
- Articulate solution value to clients (e.g., energy savings, regulatory compliance) and support sales in technical clarifications.
- Participate in commercial negotiations, providing quotation adjustment recommendations based on cost data.
Job Requirements
1. Technical Competencies
- Proficient in BA HVAC control systems (HVAC logic, chiller plant optimization, etc.) with hands-on experience in industrial-scale project implementation.
- Mastery of at least one industrial PLC system (e.g., Siemens/Rockwell/Schneider), with expertise in cabinet design and protocol integration.
2. Cost Management
- Business acumen: stay sensitive to component pricing and installation rate fluctuations; understand the cost impact of technical decisions and propose optimization suggestions.
3. Commercial Competencies
- Communication skills: translate technical language into client-facing business value (e.g., ROI analysis).
- Collaborative mindset: proactively coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to verify costs.
- Risk-aware thinking: identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans (e.g., alternative solutions for chip shortages).
Job Requirements:
Major in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields. No prior work experience required.
Proficient in using AutoCAD for drawing; familiar with HMI/SCADA software (WINCC, etc.) and basic industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profibus / Modbus); possess fundamental knowledge and principles of PLCs and related programming software (e.g., Siemens / Schneider Electric).
Strong communication skills, logical thinking, proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and team collaboration spirit.
Able to adapt to frequent business travel or on-site assignments, with strong resilience under pressure.
Plus points: Experience in major-related competitions, equipment debugging/programming experience, or spoken English proficiency.
